We collect information needed to provide SimplifyClient, including account details, workspace details, client records, project and invoice data, payment metadata, support requests, device information, and usage events.
2. Account Information
Account information may include name, email address, password credentials, profile image, agency name, role, workspace settings, team membership, and authentication provider details.
3. Payment Information
Subscription payments and connected payment processing are handled by third-party providers. We store payment identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing events, transaction references, and limited payment metadata, but not full card numbers.

8. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including secure authentication, workspace isolation, validation, access controls, audit logging, and encrypted transport where available.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to provide hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, AI assistance, analytics, storage, and support workflows. These providers process data according to their own agreements and privacy terms.
10. Stripe Processing
Stripe may process subscription billing, invoices, checkout, payment links, customer records, disputes, and payment metadata. Stripe acts as an independent controller or processor depending on the activity.

PayPal support is planned for a future update. If enabled later, PayPal may process online payments, merchant onboarding, captures, refunds, disputes, and payout-related information for connected agency accounts.
12. Email Providers
Resend, SendGrid, or similar providers may process names, email addresses, invoice details, verification links, reminders, support notifications, and operational email content.
13. AI Service Providers
AI providers may process prompts, project summaries, invoice context, overdue invoice details, and generated messages when AI features are used. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data into AI prompts.
